If it’s a straightforward pickup and drop-off, we quote it as a journey — not a fancy wedding package. Extra waiting time, several pickups, late-night returns or premium vehicle requests are discussed and priced clearly according to what is involved.

Our focus is useful, pre-booked private transport — not traditional bridal car hire or elaborate ceremonial packages. For an upgraded arrival, a premium Mercedes V-Class may be arranged subject to availability and a separate quote.

Before the big day
Do you charge more simply because the journey is for a wedding?
We don’t automatically apply a wedding markup to a straightforward drop-off. We quote for the actual route and arrangements. Additional stops, waiting or specialist requests can change the price, and we’ll discuss those up front.
Can you arrange 7 or 8-seater wedding guest transport?
Yes, subject to suitable vehicle and licensed driver availability. Larger groups or journeys with multiple vehicles may need a bespoke quote.
Can you pick guests up after the reception?
We can discuss an agreed return or evening pickup. Send the venue, timings and number of travellers so we can check arrangements.
Are you a luxury bridal car or wedding-planning company?
No. We’re a private hire booking service arranging journeys with licensed transport providers. A premium vehicle may be available by agreement, but traditional ceremonial extras aren’t included as standard.
