Once your flight lands, follow the arrivals signs. Pass through any required passport checks, collect your baggage and head towards the terminal exit.
Walk outside the terminal
Exit the arrivals building and follow the signs to the official pickup area in Car Park 1. The collection area is directly outside the airport terminal.
Message your driver
Once you’re outside at the pickup area, message your allocated driver to let them know you’re ready. They’ll confirm their collection position and meet you.

Do you really need Meet & Greet at Prestwick?
For most passengers, probably not. Unlike larger airports, the standard collection area is just outside the terminal building.
Standard Airport Pickup
Collect your luggage, exit the terminal and message your driver from the official pickup area. They’ll collect you directly outside without the need for an additional indoor meeting service.
Meet & Greet
If you’d prefer a driver to come inside the terminal and meet you personally, contact us in advance. It’s rarely necessary at Prestwick, but we can discuss it if you would feel more comfortable. Availability and any extra charge will be confirmed beforehand.

Glasgow Prestwick Airport currently charges £4.50 for up to 60 minutes in its official terminal pickup and drop-off area.
The designated area is in Car Park 1, directly outside the terminal.
