Choose an available lane
The pickup area has four vehicle lanes. Wait safely beside an available lane in the marked pedestrian area, away from moving traffic.
Message your driver
Tell your driver you’re at the pickup area and which lane you’re beside. They’ll enter the collection area and confirm where to meet you.

Standard pickup or Meet & Greet?
We recommend standard pickup at Edinburgh Airport for most passengers. The designated pickup area is generally more convenient than arranging an indoor meeting with additional parking.

Please contact us in advance. Indoor collection is more complicated at Edinburgh Airport because of parking arrangements and the walk between the car park and arrivals. Availability and extra costs must be confirmed beforehand.
