Choosing the Right Vehicle for Your Luggage
Smaller Groups & Airport Transfers
A saloon is often a practical choice for one or two travellers with standard airport luggage. Larger groups can also travel comfortably when their luggage fits safely in the vehicle. Our typical saloon guide is up to four passengers, two large suitcases and three hand-luggage items, subject to the vehicle supplied.
Travelling with More Luggage?
If you’re travelling with several large suitcases, a buggy, golf clubs or other bulky items, consider our 6-seater MPV or 8-seater private hire options. A larger vehicle may provide more space and flexibility for passengers and bags, particularly on airport transfers.
Vehicles may vary — and we can upgrade, but not downgrade.
If you book a saloon, a larger suitable vehicle such as an MPV or 8-seater may occasionally be supplied at no extra cost. We will not substitute a smaller vehicle that cannot meet the passenger or luggage requirements agreed for your journey.
Tell us exactly what you are bringing when booking so an appropriate vehicle can be arranged.
