How to find Pickup Zone B
Getting to your driver is straightforward. Follow the route below after collecting your luggage.
Leave arrivals
After landing, pass through passport control if required, collect your checked luggage and make your way into the arrivals hall.
Cross the road
Leave the terminal and use the pedestrian crossing towards Car Park 2, the multi-storey car park opposite arrivals.
Stay on ground level
Follow the ground-floor walkway into the multi-storey car park. Stay on the ground floor, turn left and continue towards the pickup area.
Message your driver
Once you arrive at Zone B, message your allocated driver. They’ll drive through the collection area to pick you up.
Can’t find the pickup area? Message your driver and they’ll direct you. There’s no need to wander around the airport.

Three ways to meet your driver
Standard collection is simple, but if you’d rather have your driver meet you inside the terminal, there are two optional Meet & Greet services.
Flight monitoring included
Delayed flight? We’ve allowed for that.
We monitor your flight when you’ve supplied a valid flight number. Your complimentary waiting time starts from the flight’s actual landing time, not its original scheduled arrival.
This allows time for passport control, baggage collection and making your way towards the collection area.
If you’re having difficulty or need longer, message your driver as soon as possible. Additional waiting is subject to agreement and availability.

Choose the right vehicle
Passenger numbers and luggage size both matter. Choosing a vehicle with enough seats doesn’t automatically mean every suitcase will fit.
Saloon
Suitable for up to four passengers with luggage that fits safely in the available boot space. Include all children and infants when booking.
MPV
A useful option for smaller groups looking for more flexibility with luggage and additional belongings.
7–8 Seater
Ideal for larger families and groups. Luggage capacity depends on how many passengers are travelling and the vehicle provided.
Premium
Mercedes V-Class and other premium travel options may be available by arrangement.
Important luggage information: Our standard luggage guide refers to 23kg checked cases and cabin-size hand luggage. Actual bag dimensions matter. Please tell us about all large cases, bikes, golf clubs, buggies and oversized belongings before booking. All luggage must fit safely. Glasgow Airport pickup FAQs
How do I find my driver at Glasgow Airport?
For a standard collection, follow our map towards Car Park 2 and Pickup Zone B. Once you reach Zone B, message your driver and they’ll enter the collection area. Your driver’s contact information is provided as part of your booking arrangements.
What if I cannot find Zone B?
Simply contact your allocated driver. They’ll give you directions and help you reach the agreed collection point.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight when you provide a valid flight number. Your 60 minutes of complimentary airport waiting starts from your flight’s actual landing time.
Can the driver collect me inside arrivals?
Yes. We offer Message-to Meet & Greet and Traditional Meet & Greet as optional services during checkout. Both allow you to arrange collection inside the terminal.
Why doesn’t the driver wait in Zone B?
Glasgow Airport currently charges £7 for up to 15 minutes in its pickup and drop-off area. To avoid unnecessary time in the charged zone, drivers normally wait nearby and enter when you’re ready. Applicable airport charges are displayed in your booking quote.
How much luggage can I bring?
That depends on the selected vehicle, passenger numbers and the physical size of your bags. We use standard 23kg checked cases and cabin-size luggage as guides. Contact us if you’re unsure.
Can I bring bikes, golf clubs or oversized cases?
Yes, these can often be accommodated with suitable vehicles. Tell us the quantity and dimensions before booking so we can check availability and safe loading.
What if I need extra waiting time?
Contact your driver as soon as possible. Additional waiting depends on driver availability and agreement. Further charges may apply.
Can I book a journey to somewhere other than Glasgow?
Yes. We arrange pre-booked journeys to Edinburgh, Fort William, Loch Lomond and destinations across Scotland. Use the booking calculator or contact us with your route.
