I don’t need an 8-seater. Can you arrange smaller cars?
Yes, we can also arrange saloon cars and MPVs for smaller groups or solo travellers.
Are prices fixed or do they vary during the trip?
All prices are fixed and agreed upfront, so you will know the exact cost before the journey begins.
Do you arrange airport transfers for groups?
Yes, we arrange airport transfers for groups, families, and long-distance travel across Glasgow and beyond. Journeys can also be arranged for individuals and couples.
Can I get in touch for special travel requests?
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your route and requirements. We arrange journeys with licensed contracted drivers and operators, and you’ll have direct contact with your allocated driver once arranged.
Are you a taxi service?
Glasgow 8 Seaters is a booking and dispatch service for pre-booked private hire journeys. Transport is provided by licensed contracted drivers and operators.
How much notice is needed for a booking?
Our online booking tool requires at least 4 hours’ notice (subject to availability). For short-notice or same-day travel, message us on WhatsApp to check live driver availability.
Are flights tracked for airport collections?
Yes. Flight times are monitored so the assigned driver can adjust pick-up times where possible if a flight is delayed.
How much luggage can be taken?
The 8-seater vehicles we arrange can easily take up to 8 large suitcases plus hand luggage. Because luggage sizes vary, we always confirm your luggage requirements beforehand so the right vehicle is allocated.
Can child seats be arranged?
Yes, child seats can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Please request them when booking.
Can chauffeur or executive travel be booked?
Yes, available on request with premium vehicles (such as the Mercedes V-Class) and experienced, licensed chauffeurs.
What is the cancellation policy?
We always aim to be fair and flexible if plans change. Please note that booking fees and deposits are non-refundable.
