Travelling with a pet? Pet-friendly private hire may be available by prior arrangement for airport journeys, vet visits, house moves, family travel and longer trips.
Cats and smaller pets should travel in a suitable carrier. Clean, calm dogs may also be accepted where the driver and vehicle are suitable, but please tell us in advance rather than turning up with an animal unexpectedly.
Vehicle Options
May suit smaller pets and carriers.
Useful when passengers, luggage and pet equipment need more room.
Can suit larger families travelling with pets.
Private Hire With Pets by Prior Arrangement
We have handled airport and other journeys where customers are travelling with pets, but animal travel needs to be agreed before collection so the right driver and vehicle can be considered.
Please tell us the type and size of pet, whether a carrier is being used, the passenger count and how much luggage is coming with you. We may decline animals that are aggressive, heavily soiled or unsuitable for safe carriage.
Assistance-dog requirements are handled separately in line with applicable legal duties.
